Return Policy

1. Return Period Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to return or exchange a product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. Requests for returns will not be accepted after this period has elapsed.

2. Condition of Product To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original, pristine condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before finalizing the process to ensure its integrity.

3. Return Shipping Fees The consumer is responsible for all costs associated with the return process. For international returns, the consumer bears the full cost of shipping and must arrange the delivery of the product to the carrier. In the event of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by the store, the consumer will be fully compensated for these costs, which are estimated at SAR 28 for local returns.

4. Free Shipping Adjustment (Partial Return) If a return request is made for one or more items from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, and the remaining total no longer meets the free shipping threshold, the customer will be charged a return shipping label fee of SAR 46.

5. Full Return of Free Shipping Orders In the event of a total return of an order that originally qualified for free shipping, the customer shall bear the cost of the return shipping label, valued at SAR 46.
